By creating an account or using UPSC Think you agree to these terms.
Your account
- Give correct details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- One person, one account. Do not share or sell accounts.
AI credits and plans
- AI features use credits. The Free plan includes a monthly allowance; paid plans include more.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and unused credits do not roll over unless stated.
- We may change plans, prices or credit costs; changes apply from the next billing period.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- Upload content you do not have the right to share, including paid coaching material, books or test series.
- Post anything abusive, hateful, sexual, misleading, or not related to exam preparation in the Community.
- Try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the app, or get around limits, credits or moderation.
- Cheat on public tests or leaderboards.
Your content
You own what you upload. You give us permission to store, process (including with AI) and display it to provide the app — for example, showing your community posts to other users. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.
Our content
The app, its design and code belong to UPSC Think. AI-generated questions and explanations are for your personal study.
No guarantee
The app is provided "as is". See the Disclaimer. We are not liable for indirect losses, exam results, or decisions made based on the app.
Ending use
You can stop using the app at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that misuse the app.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
